As natives of San Luis, Gilbert and his family enjoy sharing their experience about life in the village, while giving you a tour of their sustainable farm.
The family welcomes visitors to their own home, tells the history of Finca la Bella, where their farm is located, and part of the history of coffee in San Luis. Then they take a tour of their farm where you can see a diversity of crops (coffee, fruit trees, bananas, vegetables, etc.), which allows a rural family to feed and market their products. They go through a sugar cane cutting, make a grinding demonstration to enjoy its juice and eat it.
